Wiss Pinking Shears marked with three U.S. Patents

These are the classic pinking shears made by Wiss and were made during the lifetimes of the three patent numbers marked on the frame:
US Patents No. 1,970,408; 1,965,443 and 1,959,190.
This pair may have been sharpened once.  There are a few minor blemishes in the plating on the reverse side, but there are no other issues.
