Massey of Caroline County sell for $600.00 to Walter Massey, also of Caroline County, all of his undivided interest being the one half in the house and garden by which the said Walter Massey now occupies, which descended to the said William B. Massey and Walter Massey by the death of our mother Elizabeth Roe.

There's another William Massey (of Baltimore County) whose father is Ebenezer Massey. Walter Massey of Caroline County is a son of William Massey. Another William Massey (father of William B. Massey; brother Walter Massey) hailed from Caroline County and was active 1800-1816.
