Henry Disston & Sons No.7 crosscut saw, Philadelphia. 
26 inches, 6 points.  Almost no apologies; near fine condition.

Condition: Straight and sharp, with no pitting and only a few small stains. There is a small dent along the upper blade edge near the nib; it has no effect on the function of the saw.

Once owned & stamped by F.W. Foster.

The beech handle retains about 95% of its original finish and has but the tiniest of chips off the lower tip.

The logo describes the saw as cast [i.e., tool] steel and patent ground.
