"Peerless Pinker" shears

These pinking shears are marked "Pat. Pending" but were made under 
U.S. Patents No. 2,676,401 and 2,636,402.
The blades are stamped steel and the frames are die cast aluminum.
This pair has a few stains on the blades but no other issues.  Never sharpened.
